small group yoga classes

in a nurturing and tranquil space for students beginning their yoga journey.

Your practice is gentle, experiential and intentional as you deepen and evolve at your own pace in your own time.

Meridian man santosha australia

is embracing life as it is rather than striving more to find fulfillment. We cultivate gratitude for the present, and accepting whatever circumstances present themselves.

We let go of judgement to nurture our curiosity and appreciation for all we have. Allow every situation to be what it is instead of what we think it should be.

There is no waiting until we are ‘good enough’ because we already are.

We have everything we need. Within us.

I teach what I have first experienced myself—weaving together yoga philosophy, Buddhist wisdom, pranayama, and asana. Drishti directs my focus as prana flows through. My heart is full of gratitude and humility for the continuous knowledge and mentoring received.

To teach from a place of consciousness and intention is my commitment. Guiding students from a space of curiosity, kindness and gentleness help create their own space of deep self-intimacy and healing.

Here to be the change.
Here to help humankind.

Discovering our oneness with ourselves.
Discovering oneness with the universe.

Hi, I’m Laura.

‘Laura is a wonderful teacher—kind, thoughtful and gentle.

I would highly recommend santosha yoga for anyone looking to find peace and balance in the stress
of everyday life.’

Thank you for inviting me to be part of your first day as a yoga teacher.

It was a privilege and a gesture of trust which I value.’

— Vikki

‘Thank you for such a positive

experience last Sunday.

I found it energising and mind clearing.

Walking to the train station on Monday, I felt I could still kiss the earth.’

— Ingrid

I acknowledge and show my respect to the Wurundjeri people of the Kulin Nation, the traditional owners of the land I live, learn, and teach.

I pay my respect to their Elders past, present and emerging for they hold the traditions, customs, culture, wisdom and spirituality of Aboriginal Australia.

Always Was, Always Will Be Aboriginal Land.
